The building is situated on the water at the tip of the Steigereiland and is the first building on the right after crossing the Enneüs Heermabrug. It is a multifunctional multi-tenanted business complex consisting of two wings, one with four storeys and the other with five storeys, over a parking garage. Unifying the two wings is a 14-metre high atrium. Both sections of the building are connected by bridges running through and along the atrium. Located on the ground floor of the atrium is a company restaurant with café and a private terrace on the south. Two lifts and an attractive stairwell provide access between the atrium and the upper storeys. The building façades are clad in storey-high glass panels that provide panoramic views towards Amsterdam and open water.
Building installations were designed as based on a sustainability strategy. An underground thermal storage system, a connection to district heating, and the use of other measures such as LED lighting, contribute to the objective of achieving the most efficient solutions regarding energy consumption, CO2 emissions, operating costs and maintenance.
